Welcome to Abridger - School Management System ("System"). By accessing or using this System, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the System.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are accessing the System on behalf of a school or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that school or organization to these terms.

2. User Accounts

2.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials but not for all activities that occur under your student section/account.

2.2. You must promptly notify the school or System administrator of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach of your account.

3. Privacy

3.1. Your use of the System is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the System, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Use of the System

4.1. You agree to use the System only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4.2. You must not engage in any of the following activities:

Unauthorized access to or use of the System.
Distribution of malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
Violation of the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
Harassment, defamation, or abusive behavior towards other users.
Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the System.
If you’re using the student’s forum section; you agree not to post Political, violent, Nudity pictures/topics or vulgar/malicious language.

5. Content Submission

5.1. If you submit content to the System, you grant Abridger a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing and improving the System.

5.2. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and it must comply with applicable laws, school policies, and these Terms of Use.

6. Termination

6.1. Upstream Global Consultants reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the System at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason.

6.2. Upon termination, your right to access or use the System will cease, and Upstream Global Consultants may delete or retain your information and content in accordance with our data retention policies.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of the System will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upstream Global Consultants disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of your use or inability to use the System, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law
